Where is Safe & Sound Storage located in Ogden, UT?
Our storage facility address is 2765 S 1900 W, Ogden, UT 84401. We are easily visible just off the freeway!

Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?
There is no down payment or deposit required.  Setting up a reservation is free of charge.  At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.

How does the special work?

We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in.  Our specials start the second month and run for the applicable duration.   After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.  On our Unit Prices page, if you see a slash on the unit rate, this is the Standard Rate.  The Web Rate is displaying the Special Rate that will start month 2 and run for the duration mentioned in the special description. 

What are your storage facility office hours?
Our office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday- Friday and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. We are closed on Monday & Sunday.

What are your storage facility access hours?
Our tenants can access their storage units anywhere from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. We offer 24-hour access for businesses, so get in touch with us.

How far are you from Weber State University?
Great question! Safe & Sound Storage is located only about 7 miles away, meaning you can reach us after a 12-minute drive from Weber State University.

You name it! We offer everything you need to store your items in a safe way during your next move, including storage units with individual alarms, a computerized gate system (with a unique PIN number so only you have access to your rental), and a variety of cameras that allow us to keep an eye over everything that happens in the area.

Do you sell moving supplies at your storage facility?
Yes, we have a wide range of packing and moving merchandise you can use to store your belongings in a safe way, like disc locks, tape, dust covers, tape dispensers, gloves, and rope. If you’re not sure what you need, get in touch with us either via our contact form or by calling 801-731-8666.

Do I have to sign a long-term storage rental contract?
No, you can choose to rent a storage unit month to month with Safe & Sound Storage or for a longer period of time – we may have some discounts in the latter case, so don’t hesitate to ask for more information.

How do I pay my storage unit rent?
Very few self-storage renters want the hassle of writing out and mailing a check each month. Most of our customers use our secure AutoPay system by debiting their checking account, which we highly recommend. Another option is to automatically charge your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card each month.

Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes, we are so confident in your complete satisfaction that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied during your first 30 days storing with Safe & Sound Storage, we will refund all of your unused rent.
